April invites us to lead with intention, not just on what we’re creating, but where we’re creating from.
In March, we explored what it means to plant a vision. But a vision doesn’t grow just because you want it to. It grows based on the environment you place it in and the energy, commitment, and care you bring to it.
So the question becomes: Are you building your life from fulfillment… or trying to earn it?
So many women are achieving, performing, and checking every box, yet still feel like something is missing. Because fulfillment doesn’t come from the material you own or even what you accomplish. It comes from who you are being while you create it.
The environments you choose matter. The people you surround yourself with matter. The standards you hold yourself to, beyond success measures, matter.
Are you in spaces that pull you into comparison, performance, and proving? Or are you in spaces that call forward your authenticity, your generosity, and truth?
As we step into this next season, we’re not just planting visions, we’re becoming women who know how to nurture them.
Because what you plant matters. But what you surround it with and how you care for it determines whether it blooms.

✨ Yvonne Achi – Mother of three, CAO & Co-owner of Vita Nova Wellness Clinic
This month, we’re proud to spotlight Yvonne Achi, a certified registered nurse practitioner and entrepreneur dedicated to redefining what proactive, empowered healthcare looks like.
As co-owner of a mental health, pain, and wellness center, Yvonne is committed to helping individuals take ownership of their well-being, shifting from reactive care to intentional, preventative support. Through innovative therapies and a patient-centered approach, her work is rooted in creating real, lasting impact in people’s lives.
Like many entrepreneurs, Yvonne’s journey hasn’t come without challenges. Navigating the complexities of building and growing a business, especially in the area of marketing, required resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. After facing setbacks with external agencies, she took ownership by bringing marketing in-house, and is now building momentum with greater clarity and control.
Beyond the demands of running a business, Yvonne also navigates the beautifully complex world of motherhood, raising three children while leading a growing healthcare practice. The juggle is real: late nights, school pickups, patient care, and business decisions often share the same calendar. Yet Yvonne approaches it all with the same grace and intention she brings to everything else, a testament to the kind of strength that doesn’t always make the highlight reel, but makes all the difference
Yvonne embodies integrity, authenticity, and kindness in both her work and her leadership. She shows up for her patients with genuine care, remains grounded in who she is, and leads with a commitment to making a meaningful difference.
Her journey is a powerful reminder that growth isn’t always linear, but with persistence and purpose, it becomes deeply impactful.
We’re honored to have Yvonne in this community and inspired by the way she continues to lead with heart and intention.

What makes her leadership truly powerful is her ability to hold both vision and presence. She is not only leading at a high level, but also deeply involved in the day-to-day, supporting her team, managing operations, and navigating challenges in real time, all while continuing to build for the future.
Behind that leadership is a story of extraordinary strength.
While building her business, Erin was also navigating one of the most defining chapters of her life, balancing motherhood while overcoming breast cancer. Through uncertainty, treatment, and recovery, she continued to show up, not from perfection, but from courage, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to what matters most.
Motherhood became her anchor, grounding her in purpose and reminding her daily of the power of love, presence, and perseverance. That experience didn’t just shape her personally; it deepened how she leads, how she connects, and how she shows up for others.

Our Vision & Bloom event was more than a gathering; it was a moment to pause, reflect, and intentionally choose what we are creating in this next season of life.
We began by grounding ourselves and stepping into a powerful future self visualization, inviting each woman to connect not just to what she wants to accomplish, but to who she is becoming. From there, we moved into a deep clarity exercise, getting honest about what truly matters and identifying the vision that is most aligned with a fulfilled life.
The room then shifted into creation, canvases filled with color, vision boards coming to life, and women placing themselves directly into the future they are calling in. Not just building goals, but building a life rooted in purpose, connection, and authenticity.
We were also honored to be hosted by Tailor & Bond, a custom suit company whose craftsmanship is as intentional as the women in the room. Each piece is built from scratch, fabric, lapels, lining, buttons, stitching, every detail a reflection of the woman wearing it. Because how we show up on the outside is an extension of who we are becoming on the inside.
Beyond the craft, their mission moved us deeply. Through Project Bond, a portion of every purchase supports microloans for women-owned small businesses in underdeveloped countries around the world. We had the privilege of witnessing the stories of real women, weaving, farming, building, whose visions have come to life through this work. We encourage you to learn more and explore Project Bond.
Throughout the experience, we were also supported by the senses. A special thank you to our member Roselyn, who created custom Vision In Bloom candles for the event, thoughtfully crafted to evoke presence, intention, and connection, adding another layer of depth to the space we shared.
We closed with a reminder that a vision alone is not enough. Each woman left with seeds, a symbol of what she is planting, along with the understanding that growth requires the right environment, consistent care, and intention.
Because what we are building isn’t just individual success, it’s a collective garden. One where each woman is supported, seen, and empowered to fully bloom.

✨ Closing Thought
A real vision doesn’t ask you to become someone new. It asks you to return to who you already are – beneath the performance, beneath the expectations, beneath the version of you that learned how to survive.
That version of you requires intention. It requires honesty. It requires choosing to let go of what no longer aligns.
As you move through this season, pay close attention to what you’re surrounding yourself with. Your environment, your thoughts, and the people in your life all shape what grows.
Fulfillment comes from authenticity, not from owning material or how much you accomplish, but from who you are being as you create it.
