Vice President, Customer Engagement

As Vice President of Customer Engagement, I report directly to the Global GTM Chief Operations Officer. My mission is to deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience, amplify the voice of the customer, and cultivate relationships that inspire advocacy for Celonis. My global team works cross-functionally to grow the Celonis customer community, through strategic advocacy, enhance customer satisfaction, and elevate Celonis’ brand through executive thought leadership and impactful customer storytelling.
